Amy Ross is a leadership coach and master facilitator who has been helping leaders and teams develop for over 20 years.  She has worked across industries including healthcare, financial services, technology and the non-profit sector, and across cultures with clients in North and South America, Asia, Europe and Africa.   Amy has a passion for coaching leaders to manage change, develop high performing & engaged teams, influence across the business, and help mid-level managers transition from manager to leader. 

Amy holds the credential of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation.  She received a BA in Psychology from the University of Vermont and a MA in Human Resource Management from Northeastern University.  She is trained in several assessment instruments including EQi 2.0, Predictive Index, Clifton Strengths and Korn Ferry 360.
